The kids played such a great game tonight. There has been some controversy about our coach and our team because they have won all but one game, but tonight I think all of that was laid to rest....they sent in the big guns to umpire the championship game (President and board members of the Little League). It was nearly a shut out and the game was an easy one for the Texas Rangers. They proved they were a great team and had great coaches.
It is bittersweet since most of them won't be allowed to play on the same team next year, but it was a very good ending to a great fall season! One I am sure every boy will remember and tell his kids when they are growing up. Great memories!!!
